Across Anatolia, wild herbs, fragrant flowers and aromatic plants have been part of everyday life for generations.

They grow on hillsides and plains, in gardens and along mountain paths. Some find their way into kitchens, some into traditional infusions, and others are remembered simply through their fragrance.

The Belen Collection was inspired by this botanical richness of Anatolia.

It is a collection where chocolate meets the world of flowers, herbs and aromatic plants.

FROM THE BOTANICAL WORLD TO CHOCOLATE

At the heart of the Belen Collection are ingredients such as rose, lavender, lemon balm, sage and other aromatic botanicals, selected for their distinctive fragrance and flavour.

Each plant brings a different character.

Rose is elegant and floral.
Lavender is aromatic and distinctive.
Lemon balm brings fresh, delicate notes.
Sage adds an earthy, herbaceous depth.

Paired thoughtfully with dark chocolate, these botanicals create flavours that unfold gradually on the palate.

Rather than allowing the botanicals to overpower the chocolate, we seek a balance in which the character of each plant can be discovered alongside the depth of dark chocolate.
